confirmation

I am confirmed! That is neat. basically confirmation is strengthening baptismal vows and becoming an adult in the catholic church. i think that by being an "adult" we are supposed to do what Paul says in ephesians about putting on the armor of God by ourselves with out others there to help us:
Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
SO in short: when you get confirmed there is no one to protect you from the devil anymore, you are called to put on your "armor" if you will and fight the battle for yourself. So after confirmation i went out to dinner with my family and stuff. Then we came home and had people over for cake! Bridget and Jessica ended up staying until like midnight just talking. that was cool!
Then on sunday i did church stuff and played the harp at a reception thing for a couple hours. Then at night i got to go to CREW! that was really cool.
Monday was pretty blah......
Today i took the AP World History Exam and it screwed me, over and over again for every question and essay i had to write (that is like 74 times.. ouch). it was tough i was so tired when i finished i put my head on my desk and slept for like 20 minutes, no joke. then i came home and chilled with my nanna and played guitar. i am happy because in history now that that dang test is over we are doing absolutely NOTHING, like zip, zero, zilch, in there for the rest of the year. which brings me to why i'm even happier, we only have 2 weeks and 2 days left of school! this week is almost over so it doesn't even count so that is like two weeks! yayyyy!
